In conjunction with the creative and marketing teams, produces compelling and engaging written content across various platforms. Crafts persuasive copy that effectively communicates the brand's message, resonates with the target audience, and drives desired actions. Collaborates closely with designers,
marketers, and other team members to bring creative concepts to life through words.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Writes clear, concise, and engaging copy for a variety of mediums, including but not limited to website content, social media posts, email campaigns, advertising materials, blog articles, product descriptions, and more.
  • Campaign Development: Collaborates with the creative and marketing teams to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns. Generates creative ideas for campaigns that align with the brand's tone and objectives.
  • Message Alignment: Ensures consistency of brand voice and messaging across all platforms and channels. Adapts writing style as needed to suit different target audiences and communication channels.
  • Research: Conducts research to understand the target audience, market trends, and competitors. Uses this knowledge to create compelling, relevant, and impactful content.
  • Editing, Proofreading, and Feedback Incorporation: Reviews and edits own work as well as the work of others to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines. Accepts feedback from team leads and stakeholders and uses it to improve the quality of work and meet project goals.
  • Project Management and Team-Work: Manages workload efficiently to meet project deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively. Works closely with designers, art directors, and other team members to develop integrated campaigns that marry visuals and copy effectively.
  • Plan, manage, and control the organizational performance and align it with the performance of each team member, through the definition and monitoring of objectives and key performance indicators to ensure business growth and clients´ satisfaction.
Required Knowledge and Skills
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a copywriter in agencies, with a proven ability to create engaging and effective content.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of writing samples that demonstrate versatility, creativity, and an ability to adapt to various tones and audiences.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Exceptional Writing Skills: Advanced ability to craft clear, concise, and impactful content, with a keen eye for grammar, punctuation, and style.
  • Message Simplification: Advanced skill in conveying complex messages concisely for various audiences.
  • Adaptable Style: Proficiency in tailoring writing to fit diverse tones, styles, and target audiences.
  • Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
